Where we're from (and why it matters)

Blackspecs was founded by seasoned operational leaders with deep experience across precision and heavy engineering, automotive, defence, energy sector manufacturing and FMCG. We’ve led multi-site operations, major capex programmes, ERP optimisation, Six Sigma projects, and safety/quality improvements — and we’re comfortable working at board level while staying practical enough to fix what’s happening day-to-day.
